- Honest assessment policy – We operate an honest assessment policy. If your tapes are badly worn/damaged, or have any other defects, we will tell you before any work is undertaken, giving you the option of whether to proceed.
- Presentation – We take great pride in presentation with the creation of special DVD covers and personalised disc-face printing to feature text and images you may want included – this is as standard.
